Warum soll ein Staat, warum sollen die Steuerzahler für Banken zahlen?

Seit 2007/2008, dem Platzen der Immobilienblase in den USA, hat sich nicht viel getan. Die Immobilien in den USA sind nach wir vor mit über 100% verschuldet. Dies wird dort ermöglicht über großzügige Hypothekenvergabe, klar wer bei Krankheit oder für die Ausbildung des Nachwuchses große Geldsummen aufbringen muss, der hat sein Haus als vermeintliche Sicherheit.
Auf dem Finanzsektor bleibt Alles wie gehabt: es gibt weder eine Regulierung der Banken, noch ein Verbot der Spekulation, es gibt keine Besteuerung der irrealen Transaktionen... Es hat sich eigentlich nichts getan, ausser, dass der Euroraum unter ständigem Druck steht- es wird aus New York und London mit dem Finger auf Griechenland gezeigt, auf Spanien, und die deutsche Regierung zeigt in die gleiche Richtung. Da wurde offensichtlich die Absicht nicht erkannt! Es wird dem "financetranssexual mainstream" der westlichen Hemisphäre gefolgt. Ocupy wurde in Frankfurt am Main gleich platt gemacht wie in New York.
Der US Staat ist bei vielen hundert Bankenpleiten in den USA nicht eingeschritten. (Pleiteliste seit 2008 siehe unten) Die wirtschaftliche Situation der Staaten mit den global dominierenden Finanzplätzen (New York und London) ist nach wie vor sehr tragisch und bewegt sich auf tönernen Füssen. Thematisiert wird diese Situation mitnichten.
Hingegen wird von den Finanzspekulanten aus den USA und Großbritanien größter Druck und öffentliche Stimmung gemacht, geht es um Probleme von festlandeuropäischen Staatshaushalten oder Banken, im Fokus sind momentan einige Banken Spaniens und damit der spanische Staat. Warum eigentlich? Zeigen doch die USA, das hunderte von Bankpleiten praktisch folgenlos bleiben.
Üblicher Ablauf von Warnung, Stimmungmache und folgender Abstufung
Die offiziell unabhängigen und über den Dingen stehenden Ratingagenturen drohen mit einer Abwertung von Land xy, die Märkte reagieren nervös, die Abwertung findet statt, es drängt sich der Eindruck eines "Hand in Hand" Gewerkes auf, es ergibt sich eine selbsterfüllende Voraussage, da die Bewertzer und die Abwerter aus dem gleichen Nest kommen. Dumm nur, dass die öffentliche Meinung (Journalisten, Politker) in Deutschland der meinungsbildenden irrationalen Stimmungsmache aus den Börsenplätzen London und New York unreflektiert folgen. Natürlich gibt es für Kritik an europäischen Staaten reale Grundlagen, es sollte jedoch die Aufgabe der politischen Opposition sowie von Bevölkerung und Fachleuten sein, diese Kritik vorzubringen und Lösungen aufzuzeigen.
Spanien hatte zu Beginn 2008 eine Staatsverschuldung von nur ca. 40% !!! Spanien hat solide gewirtschaftet und ist absolut wettbewerbsfähig. Es gibt dort ein Immobilienproblem, dass in Folge der Immobilienprobleme in den USA und Großbritanien aufgetreten ist. Grundsätzlich ist das Immobilienproblem mit dem der USA verglichen eher gering, das Problem der Jugendarbeitslosigkeit begleitet Spanien seit Jahrzehnten, dass ist ein strukturelles und gesellschaftliches Problem, welches wandelbar wäre.
Es ist kein Grundgesetz, dass sich Staaten das Geld von Banken leihen, dass Staaten für die Schulden von Finzanzinstitutionen aufkommen. Die USA lassen Banken in Serie pleite gehen, die USA drucken Dollar ohne limit, ohne das dies eine massive Geldentwertung zur folge hat. Der Dollar wird gestützt von fast allen liquiden Staaten der Welt.
Das ist kein Vorbild. Im Gegenteil, hier liegt nach wie vor das eigentliche Problem der Weltwirtschaft. Nur dumm, dass die Europäer sich von äusserem Druck in die Ecke drängen lassen. So werden von Aussen die einen Länder zu Problemländer gemacht, eine Rolle die Spanien bis zuletzt nicht annehmen mochte, und andere zum Klassenprimus gemacht (eine Rolle die konservative Deutsche nur zu gerne annehmen). Im Ergebnis eine zerstörerische Wirkung die sich in einem geschlossenem Denksystem bewegt. Der Musterschüler stellt sich selbst ins Abseits und bekommt selbst Probleme, wenn er diese Rolle annimmt, die konservative Regierung ist in eine Falle der Finanzmärkte getappt.
Griechenland hätte den Euro niemals erhalten dürfen, dass wußten alle Beteiligten. Bereits zum Beitritt waren die Zahlen, die Griechenland vorlegte frisiert.
So meldete die FAZ vor 8 Jahren: 

"Griechenland erschwindelte Euro-Beitritt
16.11.2004 ·  Griechenland hätte den Euro nicht einführen dürfen, das Haushaltsdefizit lag zwischen 1997 und 1999 über drei Prozent. Konsequenzen aus dem Schwindel sind aber keine zu erwarten." Dies wurde 2004 in die Öffentlichkeit getragen, da zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch Deutschland über die 3% Defizit aufwies, so konnte der Verstoß Deutschlande aufgrund der Permanentverstöße Griechenlands relativiert werden. 
Nach 2008 sind EU Länder ausserhalb der Eurozone ohne große Probleme finanziell gestützt worden (Ungarn), dies wäre bei Griechenland ebenso möglich gewesen. Der Fehler ist nicht zu korrigieren. In Großbritanien, das seit vielen Jahren ein jährliches Aussenhandelsdefizit aufweist, gibt es indess eine poltik hinter verschlossenen Türen, der Spiegel meldete 2009: "Englands Regierung hat den Instituten RBS und HBOS mehr Geld gezahlt als bislang bekannt war: Jetzt verteidigt das Finanzministerium die 67 Milliarden Euro schwere Geheim-Aktion. Das Bankensystem sei zu "nah am Zusammenbruch" gewesen, um die Hilfen öffentlich zu machen."
Für Großbritanien bleiben derartige Aktionen ohne Folge. Offensichtlich stehen die Standorte der Börsen London, New York unter besonderem "Kritikschutz" der Finanzmärkte, die Mitbewerber (EU, Eurozone) werden schlechter geredet als sie sind, USA und GB werden weitgehend von Analysen und Negativbewertungen geschohnt. Die Staaten werden nie mit den Finanzmärkten aufräumen, da einflußreiche Staaten bereits seit langem zu Geiseln der Finanzmärkte geworden sind und entsprechend geschohnt bleiben. Die Eurozone wird angegriffen, da die Euroländer eher zur Aventgarde der Regulatoren zählen, so wird die Kritik in die Knie gezwungen. Die Finanzmärkte spekulieren gegen den Euroraum um über diese Attacke den Sieg davon zu tragen über feindliche Absichten wie "Finanztransaktionssteuer, Regulierung der Märkte...." Diese wurden aus Frankreich und Deutschland beabsichtigt, beide Länder sind inzwischen international sehr geschwächt von der Eurokrise. Das Säbelrasseln des aktuellen französischen Präsidenten wie des Präsidenten zuvor in Richtung Nordafrika und naher Osten scheint ein Ausdruck 
Die USA und GB halten die Füße still, da sie längst "übernommen" wurden.
